PANAMA CITY - Hundreds of competitors will be in town this weekend for the NPC USA Bodybuilding Championships. For these athletes, weight lifting is not just a lobby. It’s his or her lifestyle.
To get a first-hand look at how these bodybuilders train, I followed bodybuilder Richard Branham around for a day. I got a taste of what he eats and the exercises he does to mold his body.

1:30 p.m. Chicken breasts and 1/2 cup cashews
