One-on-One: Cliff Fleming

Cliff Fleming has lived in Panama City since he was one. He grew up here and says he has seen many changes.

In the late 80’s, he was appointed to fill a seat on the Bay County Commission. He also served on the Board for Bay Medical Center.

Fleming says his priority if elected will be to serve and deal with the people.  As for development of condominiums, he says he doesn’t want Panama City to look like Panama City Beach, but there may be exceptions on a case by case basis.

Fleming says voters should choose him because he is the different candidate, he is the one to bring something fresh to the table.
