One on One: Pam Anderson
Pam Skipper Anderson grew up in Bay County. She was in the first graduating class of Panama City Christian High School in 1975. She moved away to go to college, got married, became a professional cook and now a cook book author.
Anderson is on her fourth book in a series of “The Perfect Recipe.” The one is for “Losing Weight and Eating Great.” Pam shares her personal story of weight gain and the struggled to eat right and get healthy. Her low fat recipes include easy home made soups, salads and even cookies.
You can test Pam’s recipes monthly. She is a contributor to the News Herald and the Better Homes and Gardens Magazine. Her newest book is available on line and can be purchased in book stores in March.
