Rutherford will host Lincoln on Friday night for the district championship.

District 2-4A Semifinal

Wakulla 8
Bay 7
9 innings

Bay trailed 7-3 with two outs in the eighth inning.  With the bases loaded, Tornadoes’ Brian Gilbert hit the first pitch over the left field wall for a game tying grand slam!  Wakulla manufactered a run in the top of the ninth to take an 8-7 lead.  Bay could not respond.  Wakulla takes on Godby on Friday night for the district championship.
