The Madness Begins

March Madness is upon us once again, which means millions of Americans will soon be glued to their televisions, hoping against all odds to correctly predict the fate of 64 college basketball teams during the next three weeks.

The best part of the NCAA tournament is that it encourages the most casual fan to fill out a bracket and try to look like a basketball genius.

The worst part of the NCAA tournament is when that casual picks a better bracket than a “real” basketball genius.

There’s no wrong way to fill out your bracket during March Madness.  Picking the field is about luck, not skill.

I went around town looking for answers and help out my bracket.  Here’s what I came up with.

Final Four: Florida (1), UCLA (2), Georgetown (2), Texas A&M (3)

Championship Game: Florida 73, Georgetown 70

Upsets: Georgia Tech (10) over Wisconsin (2) in the 2nd Rd.
Vanderbilt (6) over Washington St. (3) in 2nd Rd.
