Need help with a consumer problem?  Maybe News 13 can help with our Problem Solvers.

In order to seek the help of News 13’s Problem Solvers, you will need to choose one of the following ways to tell us your consumer issue:

  • You can write a letter, including copies of relevant paperwork such as the contract, warranty and correspondence... and send it to:

  • Or, you may submit your consumer issue to News 13 online by completely filling out the email form below.

It's important to include exactly what the business you are having a problem with has done to try to resolve the matter. Response to any submission to News 13 On Your Side generally is at least 2-3 weeks.  News 13 Problem Solvers is not set up to serve in emergency or time-sensitive situations.

We are unable to assist in legal matters. We are a consumer unit and we are not allowed to get involved in legal situations. Legal issues generally require the attention of an attorney.
