Now wonder the criminals are winning!

There is much to be said for what is considered a win.  One of the most recent examples is the case’s with Justin Joseph.  First, they are unable to keep the appropriate murder charge against him then they can’t even make the charges of CARRYING A CONCEALED FIREARM,DISCHARGING A FIREARM IN PUBLIC stick.  Then he is charged with POSS OF CONT SUBST W I T SELL ETC 3RD POSS OF PARAPHERNALIA get’s 5yrs probation.  Violates probation and is charged with CARRYING A CONCEALED FIREARM,CNTRL SUBS LESS THAN 20 GRAM MARIJUANA,RESIST OFFICER WITHOUT VIOLENCE and gets more probation.  This is a person who should not be on the streets!  If you consider this a win, your wrong!  These types of people, who were given a chance the first time, should be in jail when the violate. So which is it are the defense attorneys so great or is the States Attorney’s office weak?

Bay County Criminals, especially the members of the BCCC (Bay County Connected Class)are just pretty much assured a “FREE PASS” “GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD”.

WE NEED SOME ONE WITH A BACK BONE TO KICK SOME…

interesting, they must be using him as an informant of some sort or he gave them something. Is he related to someone? Did he have a private attorney? You know the Public plea office didn’t make that deal unless there is something going on we don’t know about.

He must have connections.  What about those of us who have been pulled over by highway patrol at a road block as the officer searched for something to charge us with then a prosecutor and son of a judge is sitting there drunk as a skunk and the only action that is taken is giving his girl friend a courtesy call to pick him up.

I agree that enforcement in Bay county is pick and chose.  If you are “connected” they will “chose” not to enforce the laws!

Yes, the criminals run the show here.  What makes it even worse is that the Bay County legal system is so easy to use and abuse that there is no longer a need for guns.  The Bay County legal system makes a great weapon for criminals to commit their crimes and the courts gives them the means to do it.

Sad but true.

The Bay County legal system is easy to abuse as we have had too many people like the “soil master” aka king of dirt serving!

The criminals are winning because people like Commissioner Mike Nelson who claim to stand up to special interest befriends and protects them instead!
