Property Appraiser campaign contributors!

It seems that the same people who recieved big reductions in their Property Tax Valuations are again contributing to the Property Appraisers Race!

Do these people think that this is some type of GAME TO PLAY?  They just contribute to the Property Appraiser Candidate of their choice and get BIG BUCKS knocked off their Property Valuation, AGAIN?

WHERE IS MY PROOF?  I HAVE EVERYTHING ON DISK AND IT HAS BEEN SENT TO LAW ENFORCEMENT, THE GOVERNORS OFFICE AND THE FBI, GIVE ME YOUR MAILING ADRESS AND I WILL MAIL IT TO YOU AND IT WILL SHOW YOU THE DUMBEST GROUP OF CROOKS YOU HAVE EVER SEEN!

I too would like to see your proof, please email your information to us so we can all see what it is you are talking about.  I personally think that the property appraiser’s office is filled with honorable individuals who have only our best interests at heart.  If someone gets a little more taken off their taxes than you do, perhaps they deserver it.  Perhaps they deserve it because if they are living in million dollar homes they are paying more in federal income taxes than we can ever dream of.  Maybe they should get a break, after all the businesses they run are the places people to go work in, and without them we’d sure be in a mess.  It is easy to throw stones at rich people because class envy is so abound in this nation.  I think we should all stop being so jealous of these people, and instead look to them as an example of how life can be if we work hard, and run our lives with more self discipline.

I’m sure he has a list of people who made contributions and a list of people who have had their assessments reduced and there are some on both these lists. The problem is, that alone doesn’t prove anything. It may be a reason to start an investigation but only if there is other information that supports it. Ranting about things like this only puts you in the nut-case catagory. If you truly believe you’re right, get the REAL backup you would need to make a case like this istead of thinking people will react to your superficial evidence.

As I stated this information is contained on disk and as such, you can not email it.  I find some of the respondors to be foolish small town bumpkins because the evidence is SO overwelming as to knock you out of your chair.  Did you NOT see on tv all the people who got nailed for this tas evasion including PC attorney Rowlett Briant and City commissioner Pilcher, did you not see the filth perpatrated by Rick Barnett on thet young girl employee? try looking up parcel #07505-000-000 500 acres of lake front property tax bill approx $800.00 THIS IS THE TAX FRAUD OF THE WEALTHY WHICH WE ARE SUPPOSSED TO “LOOK UP TO” BULL

While the parcel you refer to may be “Lake Front property”, It is zoned Agricultural Timberland and is assessed and taxed the same as many of the other parcels in the area (and owned by others by the way!). It seems your criticism is not with the people but with the system they use. Right now, all I see is assessors following rules and property owners following rules. I suggest that if you don’t like the laws/rules we have for zoning and assessing property, you work to change them…

Mr Concerned , the property in question is NOT zoned timberland “ check your county GIS MAP” it is part of a development agreement dated from 2001 the entire lake Merial project has been permitted for 2100 acres of development. Agricultural classifications are not available to developers or land speculators who just don’t want to pay their property taxes. I suggest that you do a much more in depth study of this project before you profess to “know all about it” Also the purchase price paid is more than 3 times “AG” value and is in consistant with agricultural use.  IN OTHER WORDS YOU DON’T PAY 10 MILLION DOLLARS “FOR $10,000 DOLLARS WORTH OF TREES FOR A LAKE FRONT PROJECT AND TELL EVERYONE YOU ARE SOME TYPE OF FARMER “NOBODY IS THAT STUPID” READ THE LAW AND THE DOR RULES IN STEAD OF MAKING UP YOUR OWN LAWS LIKE THE GOOD OLD CROOKS THAT DON’T PAY THEIR PROPERTY TAXES AND CHEAT YOUR CHILDREN OUT OF THEIR SCHOOL MONEY!!

I ALREADY HAD 500 OF THESE PARCELS TAKEN OFF THE “ag” LIST BECAUSE THEY DID NOT BELONG ON IT!!

I also know of a wealthy developer that has several “homesites” that haven’t been farmland for years.  But, they are currently valued at $2,000 an acre then he turns around and sells them for close to $100k each.

He gets a great tax break while we get screwed!
