USSA??

I think that Deborah Johnson who wrote to the 41 cent forum today forgets what country she is living in. This is NOT the United Socialist States of America. Her “plan” for redistribution of wealth is a socialistic idea. We live in a country where working hard gets you ahead. I suggest she work harder if she wants more rather than to use the “Robin Hood” philosopy of taking from the rich and giving to the poor. Possibly she forgets that there will be no incentive to improve if everyone has handed to them what they think they deserve. Of course there is always a choice to move to another country where they accept her ideas…

Yeah I agree Concerned, and if Barak Hussein Obama gets elected you can expect to see a lot more “Redistributed Wealth”.

This one just burns my butt.  I am a homemaker who has learned to stretch the value of a buck so that my family can live off one income and so I can stay home and raise my kids.  I go to the store while I’m buying the cheap crap on sale and drool over what is in the cart of the person in front of me and then watch them pay with a food stamp card.  So my tax dollars pay others to eat better than I can afford to. It just doesn’t seem fair to people working their butts off to make a living!

Gretel, this is hopefully why socialism will be hard to implement here in the USA. There are a lot of people like you who appreciate hard work and don’t like to see others get it for free! Obama can say he’s taking money from the “rich” but he’s taking more away from the middle class....

Here is another example of someone who works hard for their money to be a target of someone who would rather steal than work.  I hired a contractor to do some work at our house.  Since we took the money from savings instead of financing he saw an opportunity to extort some more.  We have been fighting with this whack job for over a year now.  He has put much more time and effort into trying to steal from us then he ever did when he was working for us!!
